[00:00:36] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, you know for week zero week like that first game was awesome

[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_01]: But even the later games, I mean we're pretty

[00:00:45] [SPEAKER_01]: So I mean it was for week zero is a heck of a day of football

[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_01]: I thought no kind of kind of surprising but you know, it was uh, it was well worth the wait

[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for sure I mean yeah you mentioned I didn't get see as many as the down

[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_03]: You know the games later on in the day, but you know, we had that SMU and

[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_03]: we were there playing Nevada and getting in that brawl and

[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, no, but you know getting get a little testy. I mean they dig a little bit testy there

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_01]: and then you look at like the

[00:01:21] [SPEAKER_01]: mean SMU is almost a

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_01]: 25-point favorite I believe and

[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Came down to pretty much they came down almost the end of the game to get the win there

[00:01:33] [SPEAKER_01]: So, I mean, you know SMU a lot of people are high on SMU this season so I mean for them

[00:01:39] [SPEAKER_01]: To you know how that struck with the last year's Nevada team was pretty bad

[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, it's I don't know what that

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_01]: No, you don't really know what that tells you about either team or if it's a week zero thing

[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, everybody's just trying to click and so, you know who knows?

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_01]: We'll find out more as the season goes along here if it is really concerned or you know

[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_01]: As much hype as you know places SMU's getting and they seem to have gotten their fan base back pretty strong

[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_01]: And that would have sucked if lost the game like that

[00:02:48] [SPEAKER_03]: We also had our first

[00:02:51] [SPEAKER_03]: FBS upset already season, Montana State went in New Mexico and beat the Lobos

[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Enter, you know interesting enough to Montana State. I think was actually a favorite going into that game. Oh, were they really?

[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, there are 13 and a half point favorites

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and they had a crazy comeback these quarters 17 in the fourth quarter that the Lobos fell asleep

[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Couldn't get 21 in the fourth quarter. They scored three touchdowns and it was like

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Twice in the what lasts like three minutes something like that. Yeah, so crazy in there too

[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Know you never know what to expect with that type of game

[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Being frustrated and feeling like they got snubbed and they were going crazy on Herb Street all through game

[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_01]: So, you know the and it's even rougher because I mean that's a conference loss already

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Exactly. Yeah, I mean that's tough. I mean even though you have more more of an edge

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Was we know everybody kind of has more of a mulligan with with it being a 12-team playoff

[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_01]: But man at this point they didn't he may have one more and I don't know two losses in the ACC

[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_03]: No, exactly. Yeah that kind of it starts to take away your

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Your margin of error because you know, like you said there is a bigger one now the 12-team playoff, but

[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, we already see from last year in the Florida State situation that they don't really value an ACC

[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_03]: The other conferences so if you don't even know that do we think that they value an ACC at large at all?

[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean you'd have to I mean basically they're gonna have to

[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_01]: Of course the conference champion will get automatic. I mean we know that yeah, but

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_01]: And at large I mean for the state would I mean if they don't win the conference, I mean they can't lose

[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_01]: They're gonna have to go 11-1 D and then they're having their large and they would have to look very impressive doing it

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, which would mean, you know beaten Clemson in a regular season and probably losing to them

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_01]: You would think then maybe they're gonna have to beat Miami and they might see Miami twice depending on what Miami does this year very possible

[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, not a not an easy schedule. They still got we mentioned Clemson Clemson's in Tallahassee. They have to go to Miami

[00:06:44] [SPEAKER_01]: They have to go to Notre Dame. They have to go to Dallas to the play SMU

[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_01]: Tricky schedule of course Notre Dame not in their conference laws, but yeah, I mean you don't that's a tough game

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, they were okay last year, but I mean, I mean so much pressure on Florida State now

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_03]: Another ACC loss doesn't doom them. They still get to the game. That means the ACC's had a down year again. And so

[00:09:12] [SPEAKER_03]: You know whoever you know the ACC top teams any to any team hoping us getting that large they need it to be

[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_01]: Do you know I need to think at some point it has to give there's a lot of talent there

[00:11:48] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think this is finally the time to get things rolling

[01:05:34] [SPEAKER_01]: JV squad somewhere, you know the Cardinals couple years ago. I lost week one

[01:05:40] [SPEAKER_01]: Because I it was the when Seattle beat

[01:05:44] [SPEAKER_01]: The Broncos and nobody everybody thought Seattle was gonna be terrible that year

[01:05:50] [SPEAKER_01]: You know Russell Wilson that man, you know everyone's high on the Broncos. I

[01:05:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely not

[01:06:16] [SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, like I said, the best thing though is if you can find a team that you know is gonna be terrible
